The Fair Labor Association (FLA) is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting human rights in the workplace.

The FLA is a network of companies, universities, and civil society organizations that work together to ensure that millions of workers in factories and farms worldwide are paid fairly and are protected from health, safety, and well-being risks. The FLA believes in transparency and accountability as the foundation of responsible business and envisions a future where fair working conditions are the norm.

For over two decades, the FLA has been developing solutions to the most complex supply chain labor rights issues and advocating for the voices of workers to be heard, striving to make factories and farms better places to work.
