About Associazione Sportabili

Associazione Sportabili is a voluntary organization that offers sports activities for people with disabilities who would otherwise be unable to access them. Founded in September 1997 by Dr. Piero Brunello, the association operates as an amateur sports association under the Azienda Per il Sociale (APS) framework. Based in Predazzo in Trentino, Val di Fiemme, it caters to the needs of people from Trentino and Veneto in particular, as well as from all over Italy. Sportabili has two offices – one in Predazzo, which is owned by the municipality, and one at the start of the Bellamonte plants, made possible by a generous donation that can accommodate up to six volunteers.

Through its efforts, Sportabili aims to provide opportunities for disabled people to engage in sporting activities that may not have been available to them otherwise. By focusing on inclusivity and accessibility, the association helps disabled individuals in the Trentino and Veneto regions to live more fulfilling lives, while also promoting the benefits of sports and physical activity.
