The Maison des Guides et de la Montagne in Val Thorens is a group of highly experienced ski instructors and UIAGM mountain guides, with expertise in ski touring, off-piste skiing, and ice climbing. Their passion for snow-capped peaks and skiable slopes can be shared 365 days a year, in Val Thorens and the 3 Valleys from November to June, and all year round, on skis or foot, across the world’s mountains.
The team is made up of pedagogues and polyglots who can guide and teach you in English, Spanish, French, Russian, German, Italian, and Portuguese. They aim to develop ski touring and ski raiding in May-June in Val Thorens – Vanoise, for day trips or week-long experiences, when the 3 Valleys ski areas are closed, allowing visitors to enjoy excellent skiing at altitude.
