Bureau Des Guides Les Saisies – Les Sentiers d’Hélène is led by a passionate guide who has made the mountains her office. Since 2004, she has been accompanying hikes and snowshoe hikes, sharing her love for nature and her knowledge of the mountains with her clients.
One of her specialties is discovering the plants of the mountain and their uses, providing educational information during the walks. During her hikes, she emphasizes breathing, relaxation, and uses techniques from yoga and Qi Gong. In addition to individual and group outings, she also offers treks in the Alps, making sure to adapt to the level of each participant.
